Spring Break!!

Well I am officially on Spring Break starting today. Why on a Friday?  We have had Furlough Days here in Hawaii for the last few years. However they are not called Furlough days anymore, they call them "DLWOP" days. The first time I saw this new acronym I asked a co-worker " What is a Dill Whop Day??!!" She laughed and told me it stood for Directed Leave Without Pay.  So I am spending my Dill Whop day catching up on some blogger awards.

I know some of these bloggers have received this award before but I just wanted to share a few of my favorites and and all of their great ideas and hard work.  I think everyone deserves this award!!

    Thank you for giving me this award! I'm so excited. I too, am new to blogging. . . only been doing my own blog since January. I think you've done a great job figuring out all the bells and whistles that go with blogging. I'm still learning and not a pro yet. I have a lot of free things on my blog as I can't sell my stuff because I use DJ Inkers and it's not sellable according to their terms of use. But I can give it away and decorate my blog with it. So hop on over and see if there's anything you'd like. I'm on my way to a reading conference tonight in Grand Rapids, so I won't have time to post about the award until I return on Sunday night. But thank you so much. . I've added you as a friend and I can see you need some more followers. I'll spread the word on my blog on Sunday or Monday and maybe you'll get some more too!

    Hi Corinna! I found you through the newbie linky party. So happy I stopped by.

    My Mum, Gran and I have been to Oahu twice and adore it there. It's the beautiful atmosphere. A long flight from Australia but the most amazing time.

      Thank you Emmy! I have wanted to go to Australia for a long time!! My girls are old enough to handle the long flight now. I hope we can get there in the next few years:) Glad you stopped by:)
