I also had to join this fun linky.
Sandy over at Soaring Through Second is having her first linky!! She has the sweetest little dogs and they are simply adorable. I am a huge animal lover. I think taking care of little critters is similar to teaching the kiddos in your class. You give them love and they will give it right back, plus more. I have two adorable little kitties in my home.
This lovely lady is Hina. She is my personal fur baby and I spoil her to death. She is a 5 year old Silver Persian and such a sweet loving kitty. I carry her around like a baby and she is very tolerant of me;) She wakes me every morning at 5 a.m. If I ignore her she jumps down on the carpet and begins to scratch her claws, until she knows I'm awake. She has her own cat door as well, but often refuses to go through unless I open it for her. She has me trained very well. She also eats Fancy Feast, but not out of a Crystal Goblet... I had to draw the line somewhere.
This little cutie is Miyu.( MEE-YOU) She is Hina's daughter. Yes, I let Hina have a litter of kittens before we had her fixed. I wanted my daughters to experience the birth of the kittens. She had two little ones. The other was adopted right at 8 weeks and we kept Miyu. She is definitely more wild like her father ( a neighborhood Tomcat). She is not very fond of me, but she adores my daughters. I think she is jeoulous of the way I treat her mom:) She only shows up to eat and then she is usually gone hanging around the neighborhood. I love this picture because she is such a pretty cat, and it's the only time she was sitting still long enough for me to snap a picture.
This is us pretty much every night. Me typing on the computer and Hina keeping me company.
If you have some furry loves head on over and link up.
Your kitties are BEAUTIFUL! We've always had dogs but I like cats, too :))

How sweet! I agree with you that "taking care of little critters is similar to teaching the kiddos in your class. You give them love and they will give it right back, plus more." That is my teaching philosophy! Your cats are beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
