Aloha Friday! Just a few pics from my week.
Cleaning out my files and found this gem. Love looking through my teacher treasures:)
I think I need this guy ;)
Inspiration for my Shave Ice writing activity.
Went to a fun Giants themed birthday party! They even had a concession stand with
hot dogs, peanuts and popcorn!
Friday evenings we all head to a little surf spot called Ali'i beach.
Moms, dads, and kids of all ages
surf until the sun goes down. It's a great way to end the week.
How was your week? Can't wait to read everyones posts!
Hi Corinna,
ReplyDeleteI would SO love to end my week with a beach spot till the sun goes down- that just sounds amazing!

Beach Sand and Lesson Plans
Ha, ha! I am thinking I might give some as gifts this year;)
DeleteWell the beach after work would have been wonderful but I was very happy to get out my deck chairs and sit in the sun with a spritzer :). I even bought 2 beautiful plants.....finally warm here ! Hope you had fun surfing !
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear you have warmer weather! The weather has warmed here and it has been muggy. So the beach has been perfect:)
DeleteThe Giants party looks like so much fun! Ending the week by surfing sounds so relaxing. Enjoy!

Thank you Sara!
DeleteI love the Giants stuff! And I am SOO jealous of your surfing lifestyle. You are living my dream. :)
ReplyDeleteI forget how different it can be here sometimes. I get jealous of mainland things like shopping and inexpensive food, but I wouldn't trade it!
DeleteWow, what a fun week! Your blog is precious. :)

Awww, thank you Brandee!
DeleteThat note is the most adorable thing I have ever read! I think I would frame it, for sure!! Those magnets are super cute! We have a few Hawaiian shave ice stands here in Nevada (during the summer), but I'm not sure how authentic they are. Next time I visit Hawaii, I will be sure to try the real deal!

Aimee, the first time I read that letter I laughed and cried at the same time :) I will keep it forever!
DeleteOh, I love the idea of shaved ice writing! The Kona shaved ice trucks came to our school this afternoon and the teachers got free shaved ice. What a great way to end the week for me!
